Prior to this, Mason held senior finance positions at Lowe’s Companies, Inc., and has experience with renowned firms such as PwC, Bank of America, and McCormick & Company.

Jeff Jones, President and CEO of H&R Block, expressed enthusiasm about Mason’s appointment, stating, “Tiffany’s proven track record in driving strategic initiatives, deploying capital investments, and creating shareholder value in competitive environments makes her an ideal fit for our organization as we continue to transform and grow.”

Mason’s expertise is expected to play a key role in driving the company’s financial strategy and supporting its ongoing transformation efforts.

The transition in leadership is set to take place over the coming weeks, with Mason officially stepping into the CFO role in mid-September. Industry analysts will be watching closely to see how this change in financial leadership impacts H&R Block’s future performance and strategic direction.
